Choose Raw over Light products. Like milk for instance. Low fat or non fat milk has been super pasteurized and dried skimmed milk added back to give the now blue milk some color. Hello, just use organic whole milk which has not been tampered with as much, even though it has been pasteurized, it's still much better for you. It's just milk that has been heated to kill bacteria, so it has a shelf life of a book. If you can get it, use RAW MILK....

Research indicates that over consumption of night shades may be harmfull, even though they are full of goodness, so limit there use to once or maybe twice a week... I know, how can we do that when the tomatoes are oh so ripe at the farmers market, just waiting for the mozzarella, basil, grilled sourdough, olive oil and reduced balsamic vinigar... Well you will be glad you did, just another toxin that will lower your guard to a mid-summer cold or canker sore.
